(a) Bachelor In Computer Application(BCA)- 3 years fulltime regular graduation course.
(b) Post Gradute Diploma In Computer Application(PGDCA)- 1 years fulltime regular PG Diploma course.
(c) Bachelor In Science(BSC)-3 years fulltime regular graduation course.
The eligibility criteria for admission into BCA course is 10+2 pass or equivalent from any recognized Board/Council.
For PGDCA course is 10+2+3 pass or equivalent graduation degree from any university recognized by UGC.An apllicant whose result is awaited may also apply for admission.
Admission into BCA and PGDCA shall be made on basis of Common Entrance Test(CET) conducted by competent authority.All seats are to be are filled of through counseling among the successful candidates of CET.However, vacant seats shall be filled up by spot selection or merit basis.The merit list of applicants for on the admission shall be prepared on the basis of marks secured in aggregate in the last qualifying examination without extra optional and weightage if any.
In the matter of admission to the BCA and PGDCA preference will be given to the candidates of home state who will acquire a professional degree or diploma.As such,as a matter of policy,not less than 60% of seats of Full-Time course shall be filled up from amongst from the state of Orissa.25% of the sanctioned intake capacity has been reserved by the managment as "Managment Quota" and at the discretion of the managment for grant of direct admission.
(1) The course fees for BCA is RS.20,000/- Per Annum.
(2) The course fees for PGDCA is RS.12,000/- Per Semester.
(3) The course fees for BSC is RS.25,000/- Per Annum.
Payments may be made by cash or DD
Student should collect receipts for all payments made. These should be kept in their safe custody and are required to be produced on demand
The collge reserves the right to revise/rescheduled the payment dates.In case of revision,the students have to pay within the specified rescheduled dates.
Enrolled candidates have to ensure that the payment of fees is strictly as per the schedule day of payment.Hence the candidates are advised to strictly adhere to the schedule in respect of payement of fees/installment.If the last date happens to be a holiday,than the following working day is deemed to be the last date.
If installments are paid within 15 days from last date as notified along with a late fees of Rs.100/-(One Hundred only) they will be deemed to have been paid with in due date.Under no circumstances,installments will be accepted beyond 15 days of the last date.
All students will carry identity cards at all times while at the college.Students have to produce the identity card on demand,and may be asked to leave the premises if they fail to produce the same.
Duplicate Identity card can be issued on loss of originally issued identity card on production of written request and payment of fee of Rs 50/-
Students are requested to refer prescribed Text Books. Journals and other related books for in depth knowledge on the subject concerned.
Library facility is available at the LCAT. Students are allowed to keep borrow books for a period of 7 days.
Any damage to books such as torn/missing pages should be brought to the attention of the librarian at the time of the issue of the book
When a Book borrowed by a student is found to be mishandled/defaced of with pages torn/missing at the time of return, the student will be responsible to replace the book at his/her cost, of pay the cost of replacement.
Practical sessions are organized in the computer library. (Machine Room)
Students are requested to handle the equipment provided to them with due care. Any damage to equipment resulting from carelessness/mishandling by the student will be the student's responsibility, and he/she may be required to make up for the same
In addition to the sheduled lab sessions, students may book terminal/PCs for extra practice. Details of an availability of computer will be informed to students from time time. Computers will be available strictly on first come first served basis.
Students are not allowed to bring out-side floppies, CDs or pen Drives and other memory cards into the laboratory.
Students should not bring their friends/relatives to the laboratory.
During the extra time allotted to students, the faculty currently teaching the batch may not be present in the lab for guidance.
Students must be punctual and regular in their attendance.
A student has to attend at least 75% of the assigned class hours for both Theory and Practical. The principal may condone 15% of attendance on Medical grounds. A student not attending the classes as per the above requirement may not be allowed to appear for the examination.

Facilities at the collagae are available to students from the day the course commences till the day the course is completed.
The collage will not be resplonsible for any losses/damages, either direct or consequential, to the student of his/her belonging.
Smoking/drinking/eating/chewing pan/tobacco/gum is strictly prohibited for the students at the college.
Student must handle furnitures,computers and all equipments at the College with due care.
Telephones at the collage are meant for official purpose only. Students are not allowed to make calls at thees telephones.
In all matter concerning conduct of courses and examination the decision of the University shall be final and binding on all students.Regarding all matters in which the Prospectus is silent,the rules and regulation of the University will be applicable.
